Consign Your Machine

Submit your make, model, year and serial number. We market it to a nationwide buyer base and handle the sale end to end — so it sells for what it is worth, not what a dealer will trade it for.

Why Consign

A Trade-In Number Protects The Dealer. A Brokered Sale Protects You.

Unlike many dealerships, we can sell your used equipment for its TRUE value.

When you trade a machine in, the number you are quoted has to leave room for the dealer to recondition it, floor it, advertise it and still make margin at retail. All of that comes out of your side of the deal.

Consigning works differently. Your machine goes in front of the buyers who actually want that unit — across the country, not just the handful who happen to walk onto a local lot — and the sale price reflects the machine rather than somebody else's business model.

We handle the photography, the listing, the enquiries, the negotiation, the paperwork and the transport. You get told what is happening, and you get paid properly.

  • No cost to submit and no cost for our opinion of value
  • Marketed nationwide, not posted locally and forgotten about
  • Photography, listing and buyer enquiries handled for you
  • Title, funds and transport all settled through us

The Process

From Submission To Settled Funds

You send the details

Make, model, year, serial number and hours. Photographs help but are not required to start the conversation.

We value it honestly

Against recent comparable sales and current auction results — not against what you would like to hear.

We market it nationwide

Listed across our inventory system and the channels where buyers for that class of machine actually look.

We close it and you get paid

Negotiation, title, bill of sale, funds and transport coordination all run through us.

Straight Answers

Consignment FAQs

There is no cost to submit a machine or to get our opinion on what it is worth. Commission terms are agreed in writing before anything is listed, and they reflect the machine and the work involved in selling it. You will know the number before you commit to anything.

It depends on the machine, the hours and the price. Common, in-demand size classes in good condition move quickly. Specialty units take longer because the buyer pool is smaller. We will give you a realistic timeframe up front rather than an optimistic one.

Not necessarily. Plenty of machines sell from where they sit. If it makes sense to have the unit on our lot for viewings we will discuss that, but it is not a requirement for us to market it.

Recent comparable sales, current auction results, what the market is actually paying for that size class, and the condition of your specific unit. We would rather give you a number you can trust than a high one that wins the listing and then gets talked down.

Then we talk about why. Usually it is price, sometimes it is presentation, and occasionally the right answer is to run it through a timed auction instead. You are not locked into a strategy that is not working.

We do. Title, bill of sale, funds and transport coordination all run through us, so you are not chasing a buyer you have never met for payment.
